By accessing KK222 — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you tick the acceptance checkbox during registration on KK222.

These Terms should be read alongside the KK222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or promotion, the game or promotion rules will take precedence for that specific matter only.

KK222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes through the email address on their account or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of KK222 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

KK222 is a strictly 18-and-over platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. KK222 takes underage access extremely seriously and will verify the age of any player whose account shows indicators of being under 18.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold a KK222 account:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering for yourself as an individual — not on behalf of another person, company or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a KK222 employee.
• You have not previously had a KK222 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded under any KK222 self-exclusion arrangement that is still active.
• The funds you deposit and use to bet on KK222 are legitimately yours and not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

KK222 may request proof of age, identity or source of funds at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each player may hold only one KK222 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method or device — are strictly prohibited. KK222 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings accrued through duplicate account activity.

When registering with KK222, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must notify KK222 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KK222 account password and login credentials. KK222 will treat any instruction received through your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact KK222 support immediately at support@kk222.online. KK222 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your KK222 account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including friends or family.
• Log out of your KK222 account on shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options KK222 makes available.

KK222 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point during a player's account lifetime, including before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard regulatory requirement and KK222 operates this process to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

All KK222 account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KK222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (interbank fund transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit on KK222 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit though KK222 may apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits. KK222 charges no platform fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside KK222's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: Processed within 5 minutes on average, 24/7.
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Processed within 15 minutes on average.
• Bank IBFT: Processed within 1 banking hour during business days.
• Visa/Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

KK222 charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible — this is a fraud-prevention measure. KK222 may request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal if the requested amount exceeds verification thresholds or if account activity indicates unusual patterns.

KK222 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

KK222 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Pakistani players, including the new player welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is communicated to you, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General bonus conditions applicable to all KK222 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its specific terms.

• Free bets awarded as part of promotions do not carry a monetary value — only the winnings from a free bet are credited.

KK222 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse including, but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing bets with minimal risk to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Players found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed.

All bets placed on KK222 are final once confirmed through the betting slip. KK222 cannot cancel, void or reverse a bet once it has been accepted and confirmed, except in the circumstances described below. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming any wager.

KK222 reserves the right to void, suspend or restrict betting markets in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without rescheduling within 48 hours.
• A technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed — in this case KK222 will offer to settle bets at the correct odds or void the bets and return stakes.
• KK222 identifies suspicious betting patterns on a market consistent with match-fixing or market manipulation.
• A participating team, player or competitor is disqualified before an event begins.

For cricket markets specifically: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather, the result is determined by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method and bets stand on the DLS-adjusted result unless the market-specific rules state otherwise. Over/under and totals markets are governed by the revised target where applicable.

Maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting slip before confirmation. KK222's liability on any single event is capped and any bet whose potential return exceeds the stated cap will be accepted at reduced stake at the player's option.

All live casino games available on KK222 — including Baccarat, European Roulette, Speed Roulette and Live Blackjack — are operated by third-party certified live casino providers. The rules displayed within each game interface are the governing rules for that game. KK222 presents these games in good faith and is responsible for the accurate display of results and the correct crediting of winnings to player accounts.

The Aviator game on KK222 is a real-time multiplayer crash game. The cash-out multiplier at which the game ends is determined by a certified provably fair algorithm. KK222 cannot influence, predict or manipulate the outcome of any Aviator round. Players choosing to cash out at a specific multiplier must do so before the game ends — failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the staked amount for that round.

Ludo Games on KK222 are played against real human opponents matched through the platform's real-time matchmaking system. In the event of a genuine technical failure (server crash, connectivity error on KK222's side) during a Ludo match, KK222 will endeavour to restore the match state or, where this is not possible, return stakes to all participating players. Network issues on the player's side that cause a disconnection during a live game do not automatically entitle the player to a refund of their stake.

KK222 reserves the right to suspend any casino game or gaming product for maintenance, upgrades or regulatory review without prior notice. During maintenance periods, no bets can be placed on the affected product and in-play sessions will be paused.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KK222 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of affected bets and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public insider information or any involvement in match-fixing arrangements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or to abuse bonus structures across multiple accounts.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one KK222 account simultaneously, including via household members or shared devices where duplicate accounts are suspected.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to KK222 while simultaneously retaining access to funds on the platform.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit technical errors in KK222's platform.

• Player has placed themselves under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their KK222 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Inactive account fees: KK222 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 to accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months and carry a positive balance. This fee will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero. Players will receive email notification before inactivity fees commence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK222 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from a player's betting decisions — all sports and games involve uncertainty and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service outages that affect access to KK222.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data feed providers, subject to KK222 making reasonable efforts to rectify such errors when identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits KK222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. KK222's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KK222 may update or amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes — typically at least 14 days — through the email address registered to your account and through an in-platform notice on the KK222 website.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations in a way that you find unacceptable, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect and receive any outstanding balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Continued use of KK222 following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies or updates to contact details — may be made without formal notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent change.
